Redcastle Retail Development

This development is hoped to be completed by May 2005. A number of high profile retail outlets have expressed interest in the units.

The buildings will be finished with high quality materials and will provide extra amenities for our residents.

The path leading to Hollybush Avenue has been closed off temporarily to allow the units to be connected to the sewerage system.

There will be a meeting to discuss the plans for the former Recastle Garage (Casburn Carpets) at the Malpas Community Centre, commencing at 7.45pm* on April 30. 2003

The application is for the redevelopment of the site to provide 8 units of accommodation and 66 car parking spaces. The application form indicates that 7 of these units would be for Class A1 (retail) and one would be A2 (financial and professional services). A2 development includes banks, building societies, estate agents, betting offices, professional and financial services.
